Tokyo Lens × KITOTE collaboration video release

【INSIDE a Workshop in Japan – 13 craftmen,ONE Project 】

“Tokyo Lens” by video creator “Mr. Norm Nakamura”
Mr. Nakamura has produced documentaries on various topics in Japan (culture, space, people, nature, etc.). Not only in Japan, but also in English-speaking countries such as Europe, America and Australia.

This time, a video focusing on “shoji” among traditional Japanese culture was planned.
Closely related to our shoji making. We interviewed and photographed the delicate work of craftsmen.

It is a video that you can see from the craftsman’s perspective, along with the words of the craftsman, until the KITOTE shoji is completed.

We would like to express our gratitude to you for giving form to the traditional Japanese culture of shoji making and the craftsmen’s thoughts in the form of a video. We are very happy to be able to send out to the world.

We felt the respect for Japanese culture from Mr. Nakamura and the Tokyo Lens staff, and we were once again proud of our work.
Thank you for your wonderful relationship.
Please take a look.
